  • We offer several packages to fit different needs and budgets, and we want to make sure you're choosing what's right for your family, not just a number on a page. Please give us a call or stop by and we'll walk you through everything with no pressure. 937-866-4588

  • Yes. When you are receiving your pet's remains back, your pet is always cremated individually. We never co-mingle pets. For families who choose our no-return cremation option, we treat your pets with the same dignity and respect but in a communal environment.

  • Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your pet directly to us with no vet referral or appointment needed, and there are no delivery fees. Just come during our drop-off hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

  • Yes. We work directly with veterinary clinics in the area to handle transport on your behalf. If your vet is one of our partners, they can coordinate everything for you. If you're unsure whether your clinic works with us, feel free to give us a call and we'll help figure out the best path forward. 937-866-4588

  • Paws and Remember is operated by Bell Vault & Monument, an established, trusted name in cremation and memorial services. Bell Vault & Monument has long served families cremation and burial care, and Paws and Remember was created specifically to extend that same level of trust and compassion to your pets.

  • In most cases, you can expect a turnaround time of 2 to 3 days, though this can vary slightly depending on the package you've chosen. We'll give you a clear timeframe when you come in so you always know what to expect.

  • We understand this matters deeply, and we want you to feel completely at ease. Every pet is given a unique identification tag the moment they come into our care, and that tag remains with them through every step of the cremation process without exception.

  • Paws & Remember offers a large selection of personalized urns and keepsake and photo memorials. Because we handle everything in house, the process is simple and seamless. You work with us from start to finish, and we'll help you find something that truly honors your companion. We're happy to walk you through all the options when you come in or give us a call.
